Avenues of Hope has partnered with LOSS – Loved Ones Suicide Survivors to bring a much needed support group to Logan, UT.
Our goal is to encourage, lift and strengthen each other through the most difficult journey of loss. The loss of a loved one to suicide.
MEETINGS ARE HELD THE FIRST AND THIRD WEDNESDAY OF EACH MONTH

If you have lost a loved one to suicide we invite you to come to our peer led support group. Together we can become stronger and encourage each other on our journey.

Life Coaching can help with the journey of self-discovery. A life coach can help an individual identify the obstacles they believe are getting in the way and help them find motivation, self-love and self-worth to accomplish any goal and improve their well being.

Equine Therapy: Crossing Arrows Ranch
Our mission at Crossing Arrows Ranch is to provide support to people of all ages that are struggling with their own unique circumstances through horse-based therapy. We provide them with nature-focused experiences that build the skills necessary to face challenges they experience in their lives.
Crossing Arrows Ranch is about creating an accepting non-judgmental environment. We are real people that have experienced our own personal challenges, we do not pretend to be perfect, but we will show you what resilience is. We focus on empowerment and teaching you how to build upon your strengths to face your own challenges.
Heather Overly has been practicing music therapy for 20 years. Heather received her BS in Music Therapy at Utah State University in 2001 and has been Board Certified to practice since graduation. She completed a 6-month internship at Sunshine Terrace under the direction of Jennifer Birchell. She is the owner of Overlymusical LLC, which serves a variety of clients such as adults with addictions, Elderly with memory impairments, Hospice patients, children, teens, and adults with special needs. She also teaches music development classes for parents and children ages 0-5 years old and group guitar lessons for teens and adults. Heather loves music therapy and believes music can assist in healing and growth for many clients. Heather is the mother of four children and resides in Cache Valley with her husband Devin.
